NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR CLEARANCE OUTLET PRODUCTS!
ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS SHIP FROM New Jersey 1-7 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER ORDERED.
US ORDERS : APPROX. 2-3 DAYS DELIVERY TIME AFTER SHIPPED
CANADA ORDERS: APPROX. 7-21 DAYS DELIVERY TIME AFTER SHIPPED
OUTSIDE North America: APPROX. 10-30 DAYS DELIVERY TIME AFTER SHIPPED
We accept returns on all orders unless it is past 30 days of receiving, or the item is not in new condition. (Pet hair, fragrance odors, stains, signs of use, etc.)
If there is stains, pet hair, fragrance odors, signs of use or washed, etc., we will not refund you.
For Shoes, if there is any sign of use (roughed up bottoms, scrapes, stains, etc.) they will not be eligible for any refund. DO NOT send us back used shoes.
If there is anything wrong with the item(s) that we receive back, we will not be able to resell them, and have to donate them. PLEASE make sure your item is in new condition.
If the item is returned in new condition, our only restock fee is the amount it cost to ship to you.
The fee will be deducted out of the refund. It is the customers responsibility to ship the item back to us.
No returns or store credit for FREE gift items.
For CLEARANCE OUTLET items, the sale is final. If its something you really need to return, you can receive store credit after returning it.
If your item does not fit, we offer FREE exchanges. (except for FREE Gift items)

How free exchanges work: It is the customers responsibility to ship the product back to us, and we will ship the new item back at no cost. PLEASE** make sure the item is not washed, stained, dirty, doesn't have cologne or perfume odors, no pet hair, etc. If not in new condition, we will reject the exchange.
If you decide to cancel your order, there is a possible 3% credit card processing restocking fee.
The only way to avoid the restock fee is if you cancel within 24 hours of your order being placed.
If you want to cancel the order while the product is already in transit, we will not refund you until you ship the package back to us. (shipping cost to mail it back is the customers responsibility + Shipping cost restock fee)
-When you place an order and we prepare to ship it out, we print the shipping label for the EXACT shipping address provided to us from the customer.
-If the address provided to us is incorrect for example: missing street name, missing house number, etc, the package will be returned to us.
-In this case we have to pay for an additional shipping label.
-We cannot edit a shipping label that has been used in an attempted delivery.
-Before the package is re-shipped, we will contact the customer for the correct address, and the customer will have to pay for a new shipping label. (This still stands even if your order qualified for free shipping - we paid for it once, we will not pay for it a 2nd time!)
-OR if an item is returned to us, we will refund the order, minus the cost to ship it, and you can re-order with the correct address from our website.
So please be precise and make sure everything is correct before placing your order to avoid paying for shipping twice!
IF there is a defect with any of your items (Rips, holes, etc.), we will replace it at no cost to you.
(Return label provided, and shipped back to you at no cost)
This does not apply for FREE gift items.
If you send the item back, and decide to just return it instead of getting a replacement, you are still subject to the restocking fee. (defects happen once in a while, it does not define the quality of our brand).
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to check with your neighbors, the local postman/ post office or around the property. As of late, USPS has been updating the tracking numbers too early saying "Delivered" but it wasn't. In this case, please wait another few days. Please check yours/your neighbors RING doorbell camera / surveillance as well.
TAXES AND DUTY FEES
We are not responsible for taxes or duty fees, it is the customers responsibility. We will not lower the value of the product for the sake of lowering duty fees. If in the event that something happens to the package in transit, we would have to make an insurance claim for the value of the item (The reason we will not lower the value). If you refuse your package due to duties or taxes, and the package gets shipped back to us, you will be refunded, minus the amount of the shipping cost we spent to send it out to you. If you refuse the package, and the package becomes Abandoned by UPS or USPS, you will not be refunded at all.
If the customer requests a discount be applied to their order after they placed the order, it has to be a discount that was live AT the time of purchase.
You have 7 days after the order date to still apply a discount that was live at the time of ordering. After that, we can no longer apply the discount.
*We will absolutely not allow customers to return their order to then be reordered at the new sale price.*
PLEASE MAIL BACK TO OUR ADDRESS BELOW AND INCLUDE ON A NOTE INSIDE THE PACKAGE: ORDER # , NAME , SIZE NEEDED EXCHANGED TO/OR STATING IF IT IS A RETURN.
(US customers) : We recommend using USPS click N ship option on USPS.com , You don't have to wait in line at the post office! Just pay , print the label, and tape it on to your package. You can give it to the mail man or drop it in a USPS drop box!
