TORQUE ARMORED HOODIE | SADDLE

I've wanted an armored hoodie for a while, just couldn't bring myself to trust any of them being sold. I saw this one and the reviews and went for it. I'm 5'7, 180lbs with broad shoulders. The medium is spot on. Not too long, doesn't ride up, sleeves perfect length, not overly snug or loose. I got the brown. It's very much a carhartt color brown, maybe a bit darker. The elbow pads feel great. I took the shoulder pads out because it made it look a little boxy.. that could be because of my wide shoulders or might be better with more expensive pads. I put my icon d30 back plate in. Fits great. All the pads are very unnoticeable. The whole thing is pretty breathable. You can feel the wind coming through, so not super warm in cold weather but plenty of room to layer. I've also worn it in 80-90+ degree weather to feel it out. It wasn't a problem since its breathable. I usually even layer my leather vest over the top of it in hot weather and I'm fine. Love this hoodie.

This hoodie is really nice and soft and comfortable and doesn’t feel too hot during rides of 90+ degrees love the zippered pockets as well

I am really impressed by the quality of the materials and how well it’s put together. The fit was true to size so I didn’t have to worry about guessing the size. I really appreciate the rubber tips on the draw strings. I’ve owned other hoodies that use plastic tips. In the wind, they would tap against my helmet and would quite annoying.
The elbow and shoulder armor are decent. The back on the other hand, I’m not a fan of. It’s foam and not flexible at all. I wouldn’t mind paying a little more to get CE2 for the back plate.
As a MSF coach, I have recommended the hoodie to multiple students and will continue to do so.

Hoodie exceeded expectations and fits great. I’m 6’1 and 205 lbs and ordered a Large. Has all the pockets you need!

Extremely comfortable! Feels like a normal hoodie and it's warm.
